It’s a question I ask myself all the time.
It doesn’t matter if it’s Kim Kardashian or Kate Upton.
They both do this to sleep and I always wonder why.
But I think it’s because they are doing what most of us do.
We’re not in bed at the moment but we’re still awake at night.
And that’s a good thing.
When you are still awake, your body needs to release any energy you’re holding in and you can relax and get out of bed.
Your mind is also still active and is capable of focusing on the positive aspects of your day.
So even if you’re in bed you should still be thinking about your day, whatever it may be.
I’ve heard people say to sleep in for a couple of hours every night and to just sleep on the couch and forget about everything else.
That’s probably a bit too simplistic but I don’t think it is either.
You should be able to do both.
If you are going to be in bed then you need to get out.
Even if you are just relaxing and thinking about the positives of your life and the things that are important to you, that is also a good time to do something else.
It’s also important to be mindful of the energy you are holding in.
For example, if you’ve got a big appetite then you might want to take a few bites to get rid of that energy before bed.
Another thing to remember is that you can’t just go to sleep at the top of your head.
Instead, go to your lower belly and relax your muscles.
Make sure you get out as soon as possible.
Be mindful of your breath and move in a deliberate, deliberate way.
Move your legs and arms, and make sure you keep your balance.
Don’t go straight to sleep but instead slow down and be aware of your body’s needs.
A lot of people feel that they are asleep when they are actually awake.
This is a myth.
Some people have a hard time falling asleep but they don’t know why.
The truth is, you need some sleep, otherwise you can become exhausted and you’ll probably fall asleep again.
Most people are asleep during the day but they need a little bit of time to fall asleep.
Take a little time each day to relax and unwind.
Just don’t go back to sleep until you feel like it’s time to go back in.
